How often do you visit?
Some items require annual checks and some need attention every six months, so we visit every subscriber twice a year.
We focus on heating in our winter visit and cooling in the summer.
Does this cover breakdowns?
Breakdowns should reduce with consistent servicing but if the worst should happen, we support our subscribers by offering a 20% discount on our call-out charges.
Do you cover electrics?
Yes. We can provide the newly introduced mandatory landlord electrical safety certificates.
Are parts included?
We will source replacement parts for an additional cost. Labour costs for replacement parts and breakdown are £65 per hour for plumbing, and £80 for electrical works.
How do I subscribe for Maintain My Home?
To give you the best possible MaintainMyHome service, we need a minimum of 10 properties in your building to sign up.
